An early depiction of my mom’s back yard. Besides commemorating the landscape, I wanted this piece to represent my childhood and the environment I grew up in. I’m eternally proud of the area and city that I grew up in. It represented some of the earliest memories I have, both the highs and lows, but also the beauty surrounding the area.
